Alumni Contest
Utah 4-H is hosting a 4-H Alumni Identification Contest in preparation for the 2012 Utah 4-H Centennial Celebration.
Identified alumni may be invited to judge 4-H contests or events, receive an alumni newsletter, learn of alumni activities, and keep up to date about the 4-H Centennial events.
CONTEST PRIZES:
County Awards: In each county, the following prizes will be awarded:
1st : $30 4-H scholarship
2nd: 4 GB Flash drive
3rd: Centennial T-Shirt
*A member must identify at least five alumni for a prize to be awarded.

The drawing will be held at the 2011 State 4-H Contests and many prizes awarded. The top prize will be a 32 GB IPod Touch!
RULES:
- Any Utah 4-H member can participate. Getting involved is easy.
- Pick up 4-H Alumni Registration Forms from your Extension office. (four per page.pdf or one per page.pdf)
- Ask everyone you know if they have ever been a 4-H club member, leader or volunteer.
- If they were, have them completely fill out an alumni identification form.
- Write your full name and club name on the back of the form so we know who gets “credit” for identifying the alumnus.
- Return the completed alumni registration form to your Extension office right away.
- The contest continues through July 1, 2011.
- Questions? Call Lauralee Lyons, State 4-H Activities Coordinator (435) 797-2250
- Only adults who currently live in Utah may be counted. It does not matter which state they lived in when they were in 4-H as long as they now live in Utah.
Only forms completely filled out will be counted. The first person submitting the completed registration form to the Extension office will receive the credit. No half credit and no shared credit. Alumni already identified will not count.
